The Greenways is known for its green space and walking paths as much as its homes — a newer, master-planned community in Southwest Amarillo with roof systems that tend to be younger overall. Younger doesn't mean storm-proof, though, and homeowners in newer neighborhoods are sometimes the ones most likely to assume a recent-build roof is automatically fine after a hailstorm. It's worth a real inspection either way, especially given the roof sizes and pitches common in newer Greenways construction.
