If we decide you have sufficient damage to file a claim with your insurance, we will advise you to file a claim with your carrier and ask you to let us know when they send out an adjuster so we can make sure all collateral damage is accounted for.  Because when it comes to property damage, your roof isn’t the only thing the insurance covers and you pay your premiums to have everything covered. So it’s only fair that someone keeps them reliable to do so.

When you receive your paperwork from your insurance company, we would like you to email it to us so that our insurance adjuster on board can review it and make any changes necessary if there are mistakes. (more than likely there will be a few, not everyone is perfect)

If you need to make any emergency repairs to your property, always keep records and receipts so that your insurance company can properly reimburse you.

We will sit down with the you to go over the finalized paperwork and make sure that all the line items and collateral damage is understood so that you know exactly what the claim is covering  and where your money is going. 

Once the paperwork is finalized, we will schedule a project date to complete the job and answer any questions you may have during the process.
